To achieve optimum development of our barrels, start by selecting the best wood of oak. For this we have the best suppliers of wood from the USA, France and Hungary.Our wooden park is composed of wood from the best oak forests in Ohio, Missouriand Virginia (United States of America), the forests of Allier, Nevers and Limousin inFrance and the region's forests of the mountains trasndanubiana Matra (Hungary).
Once at our facilities, the wood is left to dry for a period of 24 months, exposed to sun and rain, natural method to get perfect drying and the moisture and tannicrichness required for the manufacture of staves, with which we finally finished our barrels. In this way we counteract the bitterness and astringency of oak, giving itself arefinement of natural wood aromas.
